About the role...

Working within the Integrated Change Programme (ICP) PMO, you'll play a key role in supporting the governance, reporting and coordination activities that enable effective oversight of programme delivery. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team within the Enterprise PMO, working closely with programme, project and business stakeholders to ensure governance activities, reporting cycles and management information are delivered consistently and effectively. This role sits at the centre of programme coordination and assurance, helping to provide senior stakeholders with the information they need to make informed decisions and maintain oversight of delivery. Alongside day-to-day PMO activities, you'll have opportunities to contribute to improvements in reporting, data management and ways of working as the programme continues to evolve.

A bit about you…

You are highly organised, detail focused and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality outputs. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to meet governance and reporting deadlines. You'll have experience supporting projects, programmes or portfolios and understand the importance of strong governance, effective information management and robust programme controls. You enjoy working with data and are confident maintaining reports, dashboards and management information that support effective decision-making. Most importantly, you'll be a proactive team player who builds strong working relationships, takes ownership of your responsibilities and looks for opportunities to improve the way things are done.
