We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, committed to delivering quality service provision and best practice, to work within a team of like-minded risk, control, governance professionals in accordance with the values within the Homes England Way. You will utilise risk and control intelligence to enhance and embed risk management activities, highlight inconsistent application of the Risk Management Framework, and support continuous improvement across the Regional Delivery Directorate.

You will support with translating complex risk and control anomalies into practical control environment solutions which enable Chief Officers and SROs to meet their risk management and assurance obligations, whilst promoting effective delivery. Supporting the Agency's first line of defence, you’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders at a senior level, update and maintain risk documentation, create risk profile Management Information and facilitate regular risk‑focussed fora.

You will be comfortable supporting complex issues and developing insight and reporting from technical management information; framed by strong risk and control expertise.
