Working in the Affordable Housing Grants directorate, you will join a team led by Caroline Cormack, Assistant Director of Client Management. Your role will involve improving systems and streamlining business processes to drive transformation across Affordable Housing Grants, and supporting the delivery of the £27bn Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP). You will collaborate across the Agency and with external stakeholders, bringing diverse perspectives to continuously improve processes, influence system design, and foster a positive, inclusive culture. You will also support the new SAHP delivery and ensure effective oversight and management of grant funding.

We are looking for a leader with strong partnership working and collaboration skills. You must be an excellent communicator with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement activities. You should be able to develop effective relationships both internally and externally and contribute to a diverse team. You will need extensive knowledge of the affordable housing sector, including grant funding programmes, and experience in project or programme management.
