Help build the National Housing Bank. The National Housing Bank (NHB) is a new government-backed financial institution, operating as a subsidiary of Homes England, established to unlock investment and accelerate housing delivery across England.

We're looking for a Head of Programme Delivery to establish a new team to support the successful delivery of recoverable investment programmes administered by the National Housing Bank, one of the UK's most significant housing finance platforms. Working closely with NHB management and delivery teams, you'll play a leading role in ensuring robust operational frameworks and oversight to deliver to budgetary targets and associated housing outcomes and objectives.

About You

You'll bring significant experience in operational delivery and/or programme management, ideally with funding programme experience within the public sector, together with the credibility and judgement to establish and lead a new team. Working for a team that aims to deliver first class customer service to our NHB stakeholders, you will be used to working collaboratively across a wide range of colleagues and always looking for ways to improve and innovate. Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to help build something new.
