Working with the Data Quality Manager and a team of Analysts, this Analyst role will play a critical role in analysing and remediating data quality issues, and building data quality dashboards. You will be joining our enthusiastic, friendly and highly experienced team of four people, who are committed to making positive change and improve the data quality within Help to Buy.
The Data Quality team are dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, resolving data issues and inaccuracies, taking an innovative and creative approach to resolving issues as efficiently and effectively as possible. The team works in a collaborative and flexible way to foster good decision making and problem solving within the team. Working with key stakeholders and a professional Data Quality team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of data issues and can help influence data assurance processes. The role will support the delivery of key strategic projects. There are some exciting and rewarding areas to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the Data Quality offering.
A bit about you… Utilising your commitment to delivering excellent customer service, you will work to improve the quality of the data held in Help to Buy. You will be resilient and comfortable working in a high profile and fast paced environment, developing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders. You will be proficient in problem solving and working in an analytical and collaborative way to identify issues, developing an appropriate resolution. You will also be able to demonstrate that you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way. You’ll be comfortable supporting fellow Analysts with complex data issues, demonstrating a proficiency in Excel and a working knowledge of Borrowbox.
