A bit about the role…
Working in a team with Donna Wright, Delivery Support Manager; Wendy Thompson, Senior Delivery Support Manager; and Antonia Hamer, Delivery Support Manager, the Delivery Support Officer will play a critical role in Northern Development. You will join a small but enthusiastic, friendly, and highly skilled team committed to making a positive impact in how Development meets its targets. We strive to deliver first-class customer service, resolve queries informally where possible, and take an innovative and creative approach to problem solving. This role involves delivering a collaborative and flexible approach to foster good decision making and problem solving within the team. You will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around the North, balancing day-to-day delivery with innovative solutions for the Development Directorate. There are exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and an opportunity to help support creation of new communities.
There is a focus on efficient, consistent, and effective resolution of programme queries, with opportunities to shape the future of housing delivery in a fast-growing, national organisation with real social purpose.
A bit about you…
You will be comfortable supporting the Development team with programme queries, aiming to ensure efficiency, consistency, and drive quality. You will be proficient in Microsoft tools, able to utilise Excel to an advanced level, and have experience with Power BI. You will be resilient, comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level, and able to discuss the commercial and operational impact of our work as a Delivery Support team. You should enjoy an innovative, fun, and engaging working style and be able to negotiate and persuade. Whether your background is in stakeholder management, finance, business operations, or a related field, you will bring your perspective to contribute to the team\’s success and work collaboratively and inclusively with others. We are looking for someone who can confidently support the team and grow and develop in these areas.
