Homes2Inspire are currently looking for a Registered Home Manager for our three-bedded children's residential home in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. You'll report to the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and young people at all times.
We are looking for a compassionate and inspiring Registered Children's Home Manager to help this home continue to flourish. You will lead with empathy and strength, guiding the team to maintain the settled, positive atmosphere already in place while supporting each young person's individual journey.
