We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who can combine strong leadership with emotional intelligence:

- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and expectations
Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) is required, along with a minimum Level 3 in Residential Childcare, a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards, and a full UK driving licence. Established partnership working with Local Authorities and NHS services is also essential.
