Middleton Cheney, Near Banbury OX17 Ofsted rating:Good Vacancy: We are currently looking to appoint a Registered Home Manager for our 3 bedded childrens residential homes in Middleton Cheney, Near Banbury OX17.Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day running of your home, always ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and young people. You will lead with empathy and strength, guiding the team to maintain the settled, positive atmosphere already in place while supporting each young persons individual journey. Youll also have the support of Homes2Inspire the only charity-owned provider of residential childrens homes in Ofsteds top 10 where 92% of our homes are rated Good or Outstanding. This creates the perfect balance of calm surroundings and opportunities for the young people to engage in activities and experiences beyond the home What youll bring: QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards) At least 2 years recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Childrens Home Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach Strong knowledge of childrens home regulations and legislation A positive track record with Ofsted inspections The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders Full UK Driving Licence What we offer: 5k WELCOME BONUS!
