Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close for SMB and mid-market HR teams.
- Run discovery calls to understand how teams hire, where they struggle, and what they’re currently using.
- Deliver tailored product demos to multiple personas (recruiters, hiring managers, HR leads) with the main focus on conversion.
- Qualify inbound leads and prioritise high‑intent opportunities.
- Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels).
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the buying and decision‑making process.
- Drive trial‑to‑paid conversion and support prospects through onboarding considerations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to share insights on prospects, lost deals, and churn drivers.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility.
Qualifications / Nice to Haves
- Experience with SaaS or HR tech (ATS tools).
- Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (Ideally Hubspot, Intercom, Amplemarket).
- Ability to analyse pipeline data and optimise performance.
- Additional languages, preferably Dutch (others always a plus).
- Enjoy working in a startup/scale‑up environment.
- Have some experience in sales, customer‑facing roles, or SaaS (roughly 2–3 years is great, but we care more about how you work than exact years).
