BUCK in London is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the resourcing function, keeping systems accurate and communications timely.

The role focuses on onboarding paperwork, artist bookings, and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive studio culture.

You will collaborate with IT, HR and Talent teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, reporting to the Senior Talent Operations Manager and helping to build community both in-person and remotely.
