We are looking for a confident, design-literate and highly organised Senior Marketing Lead to join our growing team.
ABOUT THE JOB
This is an exciting role for a proactive marketer with proven experience in shaping compelling editorial content, leading event programming and maintaining strong brand standards within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll help refine TFP’s narrative, elevate content quality, strengthen TFP’s reputation across regions and play a key role in delivering a thoughtful, insight-led events programme. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing & Content Coordinator, senior leaders and teams across our UK and international offices to support and shape events that build relationships with clients, designers, suppliers and wider industry networks.
What you’ll do
- Brand, Marketing & Planning
- Contribute to annual marketing planning, campaign development and cross-regional alignment.
- Support the evolution of TFP’s brand and service messaging, ensuring strong, consistent communication across teams.
- Help build TFP’s reputation as an industry-leading furniture consultancy and procurement specialist for Workplace and Living sectors.
- Maintain tone of voice and editorial quality across marketing outputs.
- Work with the Bids team to align messaging across capability materials and case studies.
- Support the delivery of brand-led projects – working with designers or external partners to refine or roll out brand updates as required.
- Content & Editorial
- Produce high-quality written content including case studies, Journal features, thought leadership, reports and insight pieces.
- Shape content ideas for fairs, exhibitions, panel discussions and industry talks.
- Gather insights from internal teams and translate them into compelling stories.
- Oversee the case study pipeline from project selection through to publication, working with the Marketing Coordinator on information gathering and photography logistics.
- Ensure editorial standards, brand alignment and message consistency across regions.
- Events & Industry Positioning
- Help to shape the content, themes and narrative direction for major events, working closely with Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Develop talking points, scripts, agendas and speaker briefs.
- Ensure events strengthen TFP’s industry presence and support relationship building.
- Plan and support speaking engagements that elevate TFP and key individuals.
- Oversee post-event amplification, collaborating on recaps, social storytelling and Journal articles.
- PR & Media
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors across property, design, architecture and built environment media.
- Support press activity and external storytelling.
- Digital & Website
- Oversee key website content updates and ensure messaging consistency.
- Review analytics and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Internal Communications
- Support internal communications initiatives and updates.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a communications, PR or marketing role (ideally within design, interiors, architecture, the built environment or other creative sectors)
- Confident copywriter with strong editorial judgement, able to write clearly, confidently and insightfully
- Experience shaping content for events, talks, exhibitions or panel discussions
- Comfortable managing or supporting brand-related projects
- Strong project management skills: able to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple work streams to tight deadlines
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with a hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders, senior leaders and external partners
- Calm and solutions-led during busy periods, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail, both editorially and visually
- Confident using social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
Desirable
- Experience managing budgets and basic forecasting/cost control
- Experience working with multi-region teams or supporting regional localisation
- Experience working with press/media (journalists, editors)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign)
- Advanced ability in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Figma (not essential)
