The Senior Product Delivery Manager (PDM) is a senior, dedicated role, responsible for owning and evolving Monterosa’s product delivery for our Customer, a US-based global sports leader. This includes digital fan engagement experiences connected to commerce, loyalty, and sportsbook integrations.
This is not a traditional project management role. It combines:

- Delivery leadership
The PDM acts as:
- A guardian of Fan Experience (FX)
- A strategic partner to our Customer stakeholders
- A product thinker who can move from vision to wireframe
- A delivery leader who shepherds teams through ambiguity
This role requires an agency mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, anticipate change, and act without waiting for instruction.
About you:
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, experimentation, and iteration
- Confident in analysing data and forming product hypotheses
- Thoughtful decision-making grounded in user journeys and business impact
Hands-on Capability:
- Able to create wireframes independently
- Able to prototype (including low-code / “vibe-coded” prototypes)
- Able to translate abstract goals into tangible flows
Strategic + Organisational Strength:
- Balances big-picture thinking with operational rigour
- Can shepherd a product across shifting priorities and sports calendars
- Understands how to manage delivery during high-pressure US sports moments
Ownership:
- Proactively identifies opportunities
- Iterates without being asked
- Thinks in outcomes, not tickets
- Escalates intelligently
What’s on offer?
- The opportunity to work with some of the biggest sports brands in the world – creating world-class interactive experiences reaching millions of fans of the biggest entertainment and sports events on the planet
- A small, friendly team where you will have an opportunity to stand out
