As Senior Analytics Manager at StrategiQ, you'll own GA4, Google Tag Manager and BigQuery delivery across a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with the Head of Data Strategy to turn complex tracking and measurement work into data that clients can actually trust. You'll be trusted to take meaningful ownership of client requirements and day-to-day delivery, bring real technical depth to tracking architecture and reporting, and help the team raise its game as the data practice grows. IS THIS YOU?
- You'll know GA4, GTM and BigQuery inside out; this role is built around deep expertise in that specific stack, rather than wider data engineering or infrastructure work.
- Expert‑level GA4 experience, including event tracking, custom dimensions, conversion configuration and industry‑leading setups.
- Advanced Google Tag Manager skills, comfortable with custom triggers, variables and data layer management across complex client environments.
- Confident querying GA4 exports in BigQuery, building scheduled queries and pipelines that feed reporting and insight work.
- Able to design and document scalable tracking plans and data layer schemas in collaboration with developers.
- Takes pride in accuracy and won't let an error reach a client, from tracking audits to dashboard figures.
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical clients and colleagues, without over‑complicating or over‑simplifying.
- Genuinely accountable for client delivery, proactively flagging issues and following through to solutions.
