What you'll do:

  • Design intuitive, data‐driven experiences. Turn complex information and processes into clear, simple and usable interfaces.
  • Own UX and UI across the platform. Shape journeys and flows, and design polished visual interfaces.
  • Prototype fast. Use design and low‐code prototyping tools to bring ideas to life and validate them with real users.
  • Lead lightweight research and testing. Gather insights from interviews and feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Build and evolve our design system. Create shared components and patterns based on industry best practice.
  • Collaborate across Product and Engineering. Work hands‐on with a small, collaborative team to shape and communicate new ideas from concept to launch.

About you:

  • Experience: Previous experience designing digital products, including at least one role where you led or owned the design process. Bonus points if you have experience working in a start‐up environment.
  • Design craft: Strong across UX and UI, with a portfolio that shows end‐to‐end product thinking.
  • Tools: Confident using design and rapid prototyping tools to test and iterate fast. Bonus points if you have previously used Figma.
  • Mindset: Thrives in early‐stage environments where priorities shift and speed matters.
  • Data fluency: Comfortable designing clear, human‐centred interfaces for complex, data‐heavy workflows.
