As Finance Assistant at StrategiQ, you’re key to keeping our finance function running smoothly, making sure we get paid, can pay others, and always have accurate financial information to support decision-making. Working closely with the Finance team and our Leadership team, you’ll handle day-to-day finance administration while also helping improve processes as we grow. It’s a part‑time role, perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, precision, and being a trusted support to colleagues across the business in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Salary: from £16,800 (£28,000 FTE)
IS THIS YOU?
- Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or in a finance administration role, with a solid grounding in bookkeeping best practice
- Confident using Xero and spreadsheets (ideally Google Sheets)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Comfortable working in a busy, collaborative agency environment and managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, curious, and keen to improve processes and ways of working
