We design and build beautiful, high‑performing online stores for household names including Fever‑Tree, Gü, Diddly Squat Farm, Tenzing, Sacla’ and Planthood. We work with ambitious brands who want to scale, and we’re now looking for someone equally ambitious to help us grow our client base.

About the role

  • Location: London (hybrid).

We’re hiring a junior to mid‑weight Business Development Manager / Executive to drive new business opportunities and help expand our client portfolio. If you’re motivated by targets, enjoy relationship‑building and want uncapped commission potential – this is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generating outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, networking and events.
  • Booking and joining discovery calls with the Founder and Managing Director.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Supporting proposal development and pitching.
  • Closing smaller projects independently, or along with senior Project Managers.
  • Building strategic relationships within the Shopify ecosystem.

Skills and Core Skills

  • 1–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or a commercially driven role.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to founders and marketing leads.
  • Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
  • Strong written communication skills, and the ability to bring personality and carry the tone of voice of the agency to every piece of communication and outreach.
  • Organised and process‑oriented.
  • Genuine interest in ecommerce, digital, and branding.
  • Experience in agencies, SaaS, or ecommerce is a bonus, but attitude and ambition matter more.

Most Important

  • Focus on high‑value opportunities, not just volume.
  • Spot when a brand is genuinely a good fit.
  • Maintain clear follow‑up processes to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Lead confident, commercially focused conversations.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary between £25,000 and £30,000, dependent on experience.
  • Generous commission structure based on revenue generated.
  • Uncapped earning potential.
  • Clear progression path to Senior BDM / Head of Growth.
  • 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
