Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of household claims handlers and senior claims handlers.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end household claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Maintain high quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a customer‑first culture, ensuring a high level of service and positive customer outcomes.
- Produce and present regular reports on team performance, claims trends and operational KPIs.
