Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end file audits of property claims at various stages in their lifecycle, monitoring adherence to our claims philosophy, processes and the delivery of good outcomes.
- Follow our file audit framework completing your defined quota of file audits in a timely manner.
- Support the root cause analysis (RCA) of completed file audits and share insight with the Senior Quality Auditor.
- Collaborate with customer facing operations to share file audit outcomes and calibrate scoring.
- Identify trends, process issues and training needs through file audits and share insight with the Senior Quality Auditor and wider claims operation.
- Support the Senior Quality Auditor with administrative, reporting & analytical tasks.
- Support the execution of internal & external audits when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, representing Technical Quality interests as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in the property claims industry, auditing or quality assurance.
- Experience in analysing data and providing insight to stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of good practice within the property claims industry.
