A warm, welcoming and returning HomeOrganisers client is looking for an experienced and personable Housekeeper – Nanny to support the day‑to‑day running of their family home in central Weybridge. This relaxed household consists of a father and his two daughters, aged 20 and 17. Having enjoyed an excellent relationship with their current employee over the past three years, the family is now looking for someone who will become an equally valued part of their home.
The role is approximately 80% housekeeping and 20% childcare, with the emphasis on helping the home run smoothly each day. Alongside general housekeeping, laundry, household organisation and grocery ordering, the successful candidate will take the youngest daughter to school each morning and become part of the family's daily routine.
The family is looking for someone who is naturally warm, kind and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in people. They would love to find someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and has empathy for young women as they navigate the transition into adulthood.
