A lovely family based in Weybridge is looking for an experienced and professional Nanny Housekeeper to support their home and young family on a long-term basis. The role is primarily childcare-focused, with approximately 70% dedicated to childcare and 30% to housekeeping.
The family currently has one happy and energetic 3.5-year-old daughter, with a new baby due in June. Mum is currently on maternity leave and will be at home regularly during the newborn stage. The family is therefore looking for someone who is confident working alongside a parent at home, can work independently, use initiative, and quietly manage the role. This role would suit a calm, experienced candidate who naturally understands family life, reads the room well, and is happy to work in a more discreet, self-managed way, whilst being happy to step in as needed. The family are hoping to find somebody warm, capable, efficient, and easy to have around the home.
The family is initially looking for afternoon support; however, there is genuine scope for the role and hours to grow over time as family needs change following maternity leave.
