A warm and welcoming family based in Weybridge are seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to help support the smooth running of their busy family home. The family live in a four‑bedroom, six‑bathroom home with two children, aged 4 and 7, and a friendly Mini Labradoodle. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who can take ownership of day‑to‑day household tasks whilst helping with the children when required.

Duties to include:

  • Housekeeping: Hands‑on housekeeping and upkeep of the family home, laundry, ironing and wardrobe management, changing bed linen, maintaining high standards of organisation throughout the home, organising cupboards, wardrobes, storage areas and household systems, keeping the kitchen, utility room and family living areas tidy and organised, monitoring household supplies and advising when replacements are required.
  • Childcare Support: Helping with the children when required, assisting around school‑related routines, being an extra pair of hands during busy periods, supervising the children on occasion when needed, supporting the family with practical childcare‑related tasks.
  • Cooking & Meal Preparation: Preparing simple, healthy family meals, meal preparation and batch cooking where appropriate, managing fridge, freezer and cupboard organisation, assisting with grocery shopping and household purchases.
  • Household Support: Running local errands, returning parcels and undertaking household shopping, assisting with larger household organisation projects, such as organising playrooms, garages, storage areas and household systems, sorting and preparing items for donation or charity shop drop‑offs where required, taking initiative to identify areas where support is needed, helping the household run smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Pet Care: Walking the family dog, providing general care for the dog during working hours.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong housekeeping skills with excellent attention to detail
