This role will suit someone experienced, flexible, and warm who can keep the home running smoothly, manage household tasks to a high standard, and create a welcoming atmosphere for their 12-year-old son after school. Key Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping for a four-storey Georgian home (cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing)
- Managing household supplies, organising cupboards, and receiving deliveries
- Cooking family meals 3-4 times per week (including freezer meals)
- Keeping outside paved areas neat and tidy
- Occasionally managing errands such as dry cleaning or package drop-offs
- Creating a warm and friendly environment for the family\’s 12-year-old son when he returns from school
- Optional babysitting by prior arrangement
Requirements
- Previous experience as a housekeeper and confident cook
- Ability to work independently, using initiative to see what needs to be done
