Summary

A prestigious UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) family based in London is seeking a professional, highly presentable Household Team Member to join their dynamic and well-established private household team. This is a full-time, live-out position, ideal for candidates with previous experience in luxury private homes or VIP residences. The family offers a warm, supportive working environment and values long-term, loyal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on support with general household duties, ensuring smooth operation of the residence
• Work collaboratively with housekeepers, nannies, chefs, and other staff to maintain a harmonious environment
• Travel occasionally with the family, both in the UK and internationally (must hold valid passport)
• Work 5 days per week, including some weekends on a rota basis
• Assist with pet care as required
• Respond proactively to the family\’s needs with flexibility and professionalism
• Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and presentation at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a UHNW or VIP private household
• Strong teamwork and communication skills – able to integrate smoothly into a busy household
• Well-groomed, polished, and highly presentable at all times
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with pets and experience in pet care is preferred
• \”Can-do\” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
• Willingness and ability to travel with the family as needed
