A private household based in Camberley is looking for an experienced, calm and highly organised Personal Assistant to help review, organise and streamline a broad range of personal, commercial and administrative affairs. Over the past few years, paperwork and administrative systems have gradually become less organised, and the family are now looking for someone who enjoys implementing practical systems, organising information and ensuring everything remains well managed going forward. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating order, improving efficiency and maintaining well-organised administrative systems.
The role extends beyond day-to-day household administration and would suit an experienced Personal Assistant or administrator who enjoys bringing structure to a broad range of personal, commercial and administrative affairs. Key Responsibilities- Review, organise and maintain a wide range of personal, commercial and administrative documentation.
- Implement practical filing systems for both paper and electronic records.
- Create efficient administrative processes that improve organisation and workflow.
- Maintain accurate, well-organised records and ensure documentation remains easy to retrieve.
- Assist with correspondence and a variety of administrative tasks as required.
- Confidently use IT systems to organise and manage electronic documentation.
- Help introduce and maintain practical digital systems that improve day-to-day administration.
- Support the principals in making effective use of technology to keep paperwork organised and up to date.
- Provide general computer-based administrative support as required.
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Proven experience implementing, organising and maintaining effective administrative systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of digital systems.
