Part-time Personal Assistant role in Streatham to support a 70-year-old lady who is feeling overwhelmed with day-to-day tasks. The role focuses on practical organisation, decluttering and general administrative support. The position is initially two days per week, with the intention of reducing to one day per week once systems are in place.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supporting with decluttering and organising the home
- Assisting with sorting paperwork and basic household administration
- Helping organise documents, photographs and personal items
- Booking appointments such as GP, optician and other services
- Collecting prescriptions
- Assisting with taking items to charity
- Providing calm, practical support to reduce overwhelm
- Highly organised and methodical
- Calm, patient and supportive manner
- Confident assisting with paperwork and general admin
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Good spoken and written English
- Initially two days per week with flexibility
- Typical hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
