Renting feels like money down the drain. At HomeNow we change that. People choose a home, we buy it, they rent it for an agreed term and get mortgage-ready, then they buy it with a 5% deposit contribution from us. No deposit needed to move in.
We're looking for a Sales Consultant to be the first proper conversation our customers have with us. You'll work through new inquiries, figure out who's a good fit for our plans, and get the right people booked in for viewings. We care more about how you deal with people than the length of your CV.
What you'll be doing:
- Speaking to new inquiries by phone, email and message, and qualifying them against our underwriting criteria
- Booking and coordinating viewings, then keeping things moving afterwards
- Keeping our system up to date so nothing slips through the cracks
- Working closely with the wider team to turn interest into move-ins
What we're after:
- You're confident on the phone and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- You're organised and follow through, so customers never feel forgotten
- You can spot when someone's a good fit and when they're not, without wasting anyone's time
- A background in property, estate agency or lettings is helpful
