To assist the service manager with the operational responsibility for care and support services. This job will require working across multiple sites.

To have line managing responsibility for support staff ensuring supervisions are taking place, training is being monitored and on-site support is being provided.

To support the service manager with quality assurance audits, ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner, safeguarding and incident reports are being completed and reported as soon as they take place.

To ensure compliance checks are in place for the service, health and safety checks are being completed, fire safety checks are being done and repairs are being monitored.

To liaise with local authority and/or CQC where required.

To complete support plans, risk assessments, and PBS plans.

To work shifts including nights where required.
