Home Link Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Oncology Nurse to join our Hospital at Home service, delivering high-quality cancer care across London and the M25.

The role supports SACT delivery in patients' homes and requires a registered nurse with substantial post-registration experience.

You will provide compassionate, autonomous care, monitor responses, manage IV therapies and CVADs, and collaborate with consultants and pharmacists to promote patient wellbeing and independence.
