Community Registered Nurse – Private Healthcare

Location: London – Community-based role within the M25

HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our growing Private Healthcare Service, delivering exceptional, consultant/GP-led nursing care to patients across London. Working with referrals from leading private consultants, independent hospitals, GPs and healthcare providers, you'll care for patients in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, combining outstanding clinical expertise with a highly personalised patient experience.

This role is ideal for experienced Community Nurses, District Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses or Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care while building trusted relationships with patients and their families. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes
  • Undertaking holistic assessments, care planning and ongoing evaluation
  • Providing unhurried, patient-centred visits tailored to individual needs
  • Administering IV therapies and other specialist treatments
  • Managing PICC lines, Midline devices and complex wound care
  • Monitoring patients' clinical condition and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Educating and supporting patients and their families throughout treatment
  • Building trusted relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and professional records
  • Working collaboratively with private consultants, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail
