We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Description
- Register new customers looking to rent properties, in person and over the phone
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords
- Canvassing to generate new business
- Generate and arrange valuations
- Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
- Able to perform individually and as a team
Required Skills
- Previous estate agency experience
- Valuation experience desirable
- Excellent customer service
- Local Knowledge
- Proactive and positive approach
- Polite telephone manner
- Career-minded
- Willingness to learn and develop a career
Candidates must have a full UK driving license. Some lettings and/or property experience would be preferred, but training will be provided if needed.
Working hours will be 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday, and alternative Saturdays.
