We are a well-established and growing residential letting agency based in North London, specialising in high-quality rental properties and providing a professional, client-focused service to landlords and tenants. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a high standard of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Agreeing lets and progressing tenancies to completion
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records on the agency CRM system
- Generating new business and assisting with property instructions where required
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service ethos
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
