HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our Hospital at Home service, delivering high-quality care to NHS patients across the Kettering community. This role is ideal for Community Nurses, District Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses or experienced Registered Nurses looking for a permanent opportunity while continuing to provide meaningful patient care.
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients in their own homes, helping prevent hospital admission and supporting recovery within the community.

About the Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes
- Undertake holistic patient assessments, care planning and evaluation
- Conduct minimum 45-minute patient visits
- Provide clinical care including IV therapy and wound management
- Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns when required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with GPs, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Support patients to recover safely and remain independent at home
About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and at least three years post-registration experience. You will be confident working autonomously within the community, with strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills. Compassionate and collaborative, you will build effective relationships with patients, carers and colleagues while delivering high standards of patient-centred care.
You will also need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and insurance as this is a mobile role
- Experience of community nursing or lone working
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
