HomeLink Healthcare, a clinician led NHS partner since 2016, is recruiting an experienced Community Oncology Nurse to join our Hospital at Home service across London and the M25. This is a fantastic opportunity for a SACT competent chemotherapy nurse to deliver specialist cancer care directly in patients' homes, helping them remain comfortable and independent throughout their treatment journey.

The Role
Administer Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy safely and competently within the community
Undertake pre-chemotherapy blood sampling and monitor treatment responses
Manage IV therapies and central venous access devices including Port-a-Cath and PICC lines
Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Collaborate with consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists, pharmacists and MDT teams
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
About You
Active NMC registration with minimum 3 years post registration experience
Oncology and SACT nursing experience essential
Competent in venepuncture, cannulation and IV drug administration
Experience managing Port-a-Cath and PICC lines
Community or home based nursing experience desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK essential as sponsorship is not available
