HomeLink Healthcare Ltd is recruiting an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join its Hospital at Home service across the East of England, covering the Great Yarmouth area. You will deliver safe nursing care in patients' homes and support earlier discharge from hospital.
As a mobile community nurse, you will perform 30–60 minute visits, deliver IV therapy, undertake assessments, care planning and monitoring, and work with GPs and MDTs to promote independent recovery at home.
