We are a friendly, professional, and fast-growing lettings business based in Alfreton, and we are looking for a dedicated Lettings Administrator to join our expanding team. If you are organised, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, helping to ensure the smooth running of our lettings process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling all aspects of lettings administration
- Processing tenant applications and deposits
- Uploading and maintaining required documents and compliance records
- Booking viewings, inspections, and arranging property valuations
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Supporting the wider team with general office duties
