We are seeking a Volunteer Fundraising Manager to join our team in a full‑time, hybrid role based in the London area, United Kingdom. This position offers flexibility, allowing some work to be conducted remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining relationships with major donors, coordinating annual giving campaigns, and ensuring compliance with philanthropic guidelines. Additionally, this role includes managing fundraising events, liaising with corporate partners, and communicating the mission and impact of HomelessNest to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with Major Donors and managing donor relationships
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Philanthropy and understanding of fundraising within Charities
- Experience in leading successful Annual Giving campaigns
- Passion for supporting disadvantaged groups and a commitment to making a positive social impact
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with Crowdfunding management platforms is advantageous
