Homeless Link seeks a Service Manager for our Brighton women's service, leading staff to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care for residents and children in refuge accommodation. You will supervise mentors and family workers while driving service excellence and external partnerships to empower independence.
The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities and occasional out-of-hours work to meet resident needs.
