We’re looking for a Specialist Female Outreach Worker with heart, resilience, and drive to join our passionate team in Bath. Job Role: Specialist Female Outreach Worker
Salary: £25,235 per year
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, resilient, and proactive Specialist Female Outreach Worker to join our dedicated team. In this dynamic, community-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing rough sleeping—building trust, offering support, and helping them take those crucial first steps off the streets and towards a brighter, more stable future.

Your work will directly support the No Second Night Out approach—ensuring no one has to spend a second night on the streets without help.

Due to the nature of this role and in accordance with the Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, we are only able to accept applications from female candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Participate in regular outreach and hot spot visits across the local area, including during unsocial hours
– Carry out needs and risk assessment with identified rough sleepers
– Provide advice and information to provide an enabling service
– Participate in street counts and audits
– Keeping client records accurate, clear, and up to date
