Hope into Action is seeking a dynamic leader to establish and grow the Community Connect programme, extending church-based friendship and support to those at risk of homelessness. You will work 32 hours per week across four days, coordinating with Head of Delivery & Training to build structures, training, and processes for rollout in new locations, starting with Peterborough, Norwich and Southampton.
