About The Role
Delivering advice and advocacy in a variety of community settings, you will provide casework on debt, along with housing and welfare benefits, ensuring that quality assurance and standards are met in all areas and that you keep your own knowledge up to date. Identifying systemic issues by gathering evidence and developing insight will be crucial to bringing about the change we need, as well as working with a variety of stakeholders, building relationships locally and working collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes.
About You
- You have demonstrable experience of providing debt advice and related advice on housing and welfare, in line with current legislation.
- Experience supporting people with multiple disadvantages.
- You are able to manage your caseload and meet deadlines.
- You have effective communication skills and technical skills, using IT programmes to communicate and record client data.
- Everything you do will be in line with safeguarding procedures, our anti‑racism goals and Equality and Diversity policies and practices.
- If applying for the role based in Norwich, you will also need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
