Glass Door Night Shelters in London is seeking a Night Shelter Manager for the on-site, seasonal operation from November to March. You will be the lead staff member on your shift, overseeing the safe and respectful running of a shelter for up to 35 guests, coordinating with volunteers and Overnight Project Workers.
Your duties include briefing the team, welcoming guests, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and wellbeing.
