Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking a Bank/Relief Mental Health Recovery Worker to support residents with complex mental health needs in Enfield.

You will deliver flexible, person-centred support, build trusting relationships, and help residents achieve personal goals through tailored plans, activities, and partnership working across a 24-hour service with a mix of shifts.

You will work within trauma-informed care to promote independence and community reintegration.
