Homeless Link is seeking a dedicated Membership Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for members, handle information requests and complaints, and support the renewal cycle and events that help retain members.

You will join a national charity advancing policy change to end homelessness, bringing strong communication and IT skills and at least 1 year in membership or related roles.
