Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our Estates team in London. You will work across several services to maintain properties to our Good Homes standards, carrying out repairs and ensuring safe, homely environments for residents.
You will travel regularly to our services mainly around Kent, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, with a focus on high-quality, timely maintenance and compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines.
