As part of our Housing and Support team, you’ll be a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and partners. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and well‑run environment while making a meaningful difference in people’s daily lives. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be the friendly face of YMCA St Paul’s Group, providing a warm welcome and expert support to residents, visitors, and their networks. Your approach will shape positive experiences every day.
  • Enjoy a Varied and Engaging Role: From reception duties and managing calls to coordinating repairs and processing payments—your work will be dynamic, hands‑on, and rewarding.
  • Promote Safety and Wellbeing: Take on key responsibilities as a first aider and fire marshal, carrying out regular checks and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Support Residents with Care and Empathy: Help residents feel heard and supported—whether welcoming new arrivals, responding to concerns, or addressing anti‑social behaviour sensitively and professionally.
  • Be Part of a Strong Team: Work alongside passionate and experienced housing professionals who are committed to making a difference. Your contribution will truly matter.
