What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a Trusted Night-Time Presence Provide reassurance and support to residents, creating a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout your shift.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Offer professional, empathetic support to residents and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
- Enjoy a Varied and Engaging Role From reception duties and managing calls to logging repairs and processing requests, your role will be hands‑on and diverse.
- Keep People Safe Take responsibility as a first aider and fire marshal, carry out regular patrols and wellbeing checks, and respond effectively to incidents.
- Support with Care and Compassion Welcome new residents, manage concerns or complaints, respond to anti‑social behaviour, and provide a listening ear when it’s needed most.
