Homeless Link in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the management of our housing stock across 1,152 units. You will define and implement an evidence-based asset management strategy, commission stock condition surveys, and drive maintenance programmes to protect our properties over the long term.
You will own the asset data, develop a multi-year plan, monitor delivery, and provide audit-ready reporting to senior leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and value for money.
