You Matter is seeking Empowerment Practitioners to support adults, children and families, building resilience and progress through a range of interventions.
The post holder will manage a caseload and coordinate support interventions and multi-agency activity, including CAT and Trauma Informed Care training. A 37.5 hour week and permanent contract are offered with a Β£30,000 annual salary.
