Homeless Link seeks an Asset Manager to take ownership of managing our housing stock across 1,152 units, developing structured, evidence-based asset data and maintenance plans. You will commission stock condition surveys, build planned maintenance programmes and oversee cyclical works to protect long-term value. You will become the organisation’s primary source of asset intelligence, maintaining data accuracy, building systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
